Introduction

Digital Permit Book is made with the end user in mind. Our simple web interface is super easy to use, and available in any browser.

Digital Permit Book is set to replace the traditional paper permit books or binders. With brining not just a web portal, but also a mobile Driver App for full access of all documents at any time. Additionally we bring Integrations with Samsara and Motive for a better and easier work flows.

Driver app is not jsut a source for all the documents, but also allows drivers to drop and hook trailers, change vehicles, and receive daily notifications of upcoming expiry documents.

Overview

Here we are doing a basic overview of all the screens, to get you to understand the structure of our Digital Permit Book!

Dashboard

Dashboard is the main view as you open the app. It will show you all the company stats, as active users, drivers, vehicles, and trailers. It will also show all expiry Documents with in next 30 Days!

Dashboard View

Here we go over the main view of the dashboard, and how to open all expiries, or your profile at any time.

Profile

Here we explain how to get to your profile, and how to update your password or phone number if needed. Also you will be able to turn on and off email expiry notifications. For any other changes to profile please contact your main Admin to make changes in the Users Model of Digital Permit Book.

Equipment

Equipment page is the main page to manage all equipment. You will be able to add, delete, or edit equipment here. Also you will be able to import and export equipment, and add documents to each equipment. Additionally you will be able to make QR Codes in for each pc of equipment if needed.

Here we will show you how manage equipment. We will go over add, delete, and edit equipment.

Equipment QR Code

Here we will go over how to make a QR Code for your equipment.

Equipment Export & Import

Here we will go over how to export, and import your equipment.

Drivers

Drivers page is the main page to manage all drivers. You will be able to add, delete, or edit drivers here. Also you will be able to import and export drivers, and add documents to each driver. Additionally you will be able to make QR Codes in for each driver if needed. If you would like to set one password for all drivers, you can do that in the menu also.

Here we will show you how manage drivers. We will go over add, delete, and edit drivers. We will also go over how to set permissions for drivers and password.

Drivers Export & Import

Here we will go over how to export, and import your drivers.

Documents

Documents is your main page to manage all documents and expiries in one screen. Here you will be able to add, delete, or edit any documents, or expiry dates. We also will go over Smart Drop.

Manage Documents

Here we will show you how to mange all documents, you are able to manage documents here for all equipment, drivers, and company all in one screen. Also you will be able to view all expiry dates, and able to update any document instantly.

Smart Drop

Here we will go over Smart Drop, and show you how you can upload up to 100 Documents instantly to the Documents model.

File Drop will store all documents dropped from driver app to your company.

Here we will show you how to open, download, and deleted any documents from the File Drop Model.
